HAUX-STARMED/KD MEDICAL LOCKS
Medical locks of the type HAUX-STARMED/KD are used worldwide on tunneling and underground construction sites, primarily as a modular container-integrated system. This hyperbaric treatment chamber is used for emergency treatment of workers and divers with decompression sickness. The standard HAUX-STARMED/KD systems have a diameter of 2000 mm and a maximum operating overpressure of 5 bar, corresponding to a working depth of 50 meters. Special versions with higher pressures or with the possibility of the docking of a transport chamber can be produced on request.

Personnel air locks of the type HAUX-TUNNELSTAR/P are manufactured according to specific customer requirements. Whether three, two or single-compartment locks, or a capacity from 2 people up to large locks for 40 people and pressures up to 10 bar and more – let us know your operational profile and parameters and we can prepare a tailor-made proposal for you.
We have produced innumerable HAUX-TUNNELSTAR systems in a wide variety of designs and in various dimensions, for example:

Material locks of the type HAUX-TUNNELSTAR/M are produced according to our customer’s specific profiles and requirements.

HAUX-TUNNELSTAR/PW PRESSURE WALL SYSTEMS
HAUX-TUNNELSTAR/PW pressure wall systems can be used to form a personnel air lock, e.g. in connection with a pressure-resistant concrete pipe on site, in order to enable the transfer of persons and material.
The system can be delivered in any requested diameter and can be equipped with a wide range of modular options, including:
- Round or rectangular doors
- Valve units for pressure indication, registration and control
- Oxygen breathing systems with associated monitoring controls
- Heating/cooling system
- Computer control system and much more.
HAUX-MASTERDOOR LARGE DOORS/DOOR SYSTEMS
With HAUX-MASTERDOOR systems, material air locks can be created in connection with a pressure-resistant concrete vessel on site, allowing the locking-in and out of complete tunnel trains or large equipment such as excavators or wheel loaders.
An extensive range of equipment and components are available, such as control valve units for increasing and decreasing pressure, PLC computer controls, collapsible track systems, equipment sets for emergency locking-in/out of personnel, and many more.
